But the red tape in signing up for classes, getting va and gi benefits and other things would often remind me of snafu's in the military. At times like that, I'd have visions of my old First Sergeant that had a permanent scrunched up scowl on his face. He always looked like he had just walked into a fart.
Every situation that he encountered seemed to elicit the same scrunched up expression.
